When you Register on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address, a contact e-mail address and telephone number. All paper forms of your information are retained for 3 years and are kept in a locked building under supervision and accessible by Apple Awards Inc. employees only.
