The Process:

Once we receive your photos and information (either by website upload or by email), one of our graphic artists will design your plaque layout and send you a proof. Most importantly, we provide you with e-mail proofs to make sure you get what you’re looking for. As a general rule, we will send out a proof within three working days. After you approve your design, we will create your vinyl banner.

Please make a note in the special instructions, if we have made banners for you in the past and would like to have us use this previous design’s layout and colors.

Design fees:

All banner prices include the cost of design fees. The reason for this charge is that a lot of work goes into setting up these artistic photo banners.

Sending your Photos and ID information:

Sport Plaques only accepts professional quality photos. Please keep in mind that photos are only as good as the original quality of the picture taken. Just to clarify, quality pictures have a file size greater than 2 mega byte (MB) and taken with a camera setting of 8 mega pixels or higher. Our graphic artist will notify you if they think your photo needs to be better. We accept photo submissions in JPEG format only. We accept photos in many ways. First, You can upload them with your order. Second, You can email them in. Third, We can arrange a Drop Box link.

Banner Specs

Sport Plaques banners are made of a durable 13 oz vinyl. They are both lightweight and thin as well as durable. You can rest assured knowing senior sports banners are safe to hang both indoors and out. Your banner will  include 4 steel grommets and a welded hem. To hang your banner you can use strings, bungee cords or even zip ties.
