TRADITIONAL STYLE 2 PLATE TEAM PLAQUES – T212x15C

Celebrate a great season, special players, conference, regional, sectional or state championship team with one of our Color Maxx Traditional look Plaques.

This 12”×15” Cherry Wood Grain Plaque instills a timeless design by including your  8” x 10” team photo on top, and a 5” x 10” information plate (I.D.) below. The metal plates instill our traditional look by having scalloped corners and Old English brass brads that hold the plate to the plaque from the corners.

The Process-
Once we receive your photos and information (either by electronic upload in your cart or by mail) one of our graphic artists will design your plaque layout and send you a proof.  After your design is approved by you it will be printed on our high resolution commercial printer, laminated with a moisture and UV protected matte finish material then is adhered to the plaque.

If you have used us for plaques in the past and would like to have us use a previous design please just note that in the special instruction.

Design fees-

For all orders of team plaques, design fees are included in the prices listed.  If you are reordering additional copies of a plaque that has already been purchased please note that in the special instructions and we will adjust your price to the previous quantity pricing. The reason for this charge is that a lot of work goes into setting up these artistic photo plaques. We also want to make sure you get what you’re looking for, so we will provide you with e-mail proofs.  The proof is usually sent out within three working days of receiving all your information.  We do not limit the amount of text you can display on your plaques but please keep in mind the more text you have, the smaller it will be.  Plaques that allow individual photos include the cost of this photo change built into the price, and as long as the ID plates are the same there is no additional cost for this.

Sport Plaques Exclusive…..

A Sport Plaques Exclusive Autograph sheet comes attached to the back side of all our Team Plaques. As with a  yearbook, at the end of the season, teammates & coaches can sign and say a little something to personalize this special commemorative plaque.

Sending your Photos and ID information-

Photos that are submitted to Sport Plaques must be of professional quality. We accept photo submissions in JPEG format only.

Photos can either be mailed in or digitally uploaded with your order. If you want to send us digital photos and you are not uploading your photos through our website please give us a call to arrange a Drop Box link. We do not charge extra for sizing or printing of your photos. Please keep in mind that photos are only as good as the original quality of the picture taken. If your photo file is less than 2 mega byte (MB) in size or shot on a camera set at less than 8 mega pixels it is not likely that you will be happy with the print. Our graphic artist will notify you if they think your photo needs to be better.

Logos & Mascots: our professional graphics artist have an extensive library of clip art and mascots to work with. If you have custom images please upload the vector artwork in a pdf, ai, cdr or eps format.

School Colors, If this is your schools first time ordering from us or you have specific colors you want us to use, please include all Pantone (PMS) numbers in the special instructions.
