This cherry finish perpetual plaque comes with your logo or custom message engraved into the header plate, 1 perp plate engraved and 44 blank black plates. To purchase the individual plates for this plaque, see item PPP-1BK or if you special ordered gold, item PPP-1. Engraving of additional plates are $5.00 each. Plaques with gold plates are available as a special order for an additional $10, please indicate in the special instructions to choose this.
