Production Times
Our efficient production times ensure you receive your custom products when you need them. Standard processing takes 5-7 business days after proof approval, with expedited shipping options available for urgent orders.
The Process
Once we receive your photos and information (either by website upload or by email), one of our graphic artists will design your plaque layout and send you a proof. Most importantly, we provide you with email proofs to make sure you get what you’re looking for. As a general rule, we will send out a proof within three working days. After you approve your design, we will print it on our high-resolution commercial printer. Next, it is laminated with a moisture and UV-protected matte finish material. The final step is to adhere it to the plaque.
Please make a note in the special instructions if we have made plaques for you in the past and would like to have us to use this previous design’s layout and colors.

Design fees
MVP plaque prices include the cost of design fees. The reason for this charge is that a lot of work goes into setting up these artistic photo plaques. This product type requires specialized design expertise, which is why our custom engraving service adds such value to your final award.
When ordering additional copies of a plaque that has already been purchased, please make a note in the Special Instructions. So we can adjust your price to reflect the previous quantity pricing.
We do not limit the amount of text you can display on your plaques. However, the more text you have, the smaller it will be.

Sending your Photos and ID information
Sport Plaques only accepts professional-quality photos. Please keep in mind that photos are only as good as the original quality of the picture taken. Just to clarify, quality pictures have a file size greater than 2 megabytes (MB) and are taken with a camera setting of 8 megapixels or higher. Our graphic artist will notify you if they think your photo needs to be better.
We accept photo submissions in JPEG format only. We accept photos in many ways. First, you can upload them with your order. Second, you can email them. Third, we can arrange a Dropbox link. Lastly, you can mail photos via USPS or a different shipping carrier. Also, we do not charge extra for sizing or printing of your photos.
Logos & Mascots
Our professional graphics artist has an extensive library of clip art and mascots to work with. However, if you have custom images, please upload vector artwork. For example: .pdf, .ai, .cdr, or eps formats.
School Colors
If this is your school’s first time ordering from us or you have specific colors you want us to use, please include all Pantone (PMS) numbers in the special instructions.
