This 12”×15” Cherry Wood Grain Digital Photo Plaque includes your team photo along with your team information.

11″ x 14″ One Piece Design.

The Process:

Once we receive your photos and information (either by website upload or by email) one of our graphic artists will design your plaque layout and send you a proof. After you approve your design, we will print it on our high resolution commercial printer. Next, it is laminated with a moisture and UV protected matte finish material. The final step is to adhere it to the plaque.

Please make a note in the special instructions, if we have made plaques for you in the past and would like to have us use this previous design’s layout and colors.

Design fees:

Team plaque prices include the cost of design fees. The reason for this charge is that a lot of work goes into setting up these artistic photo plaques. When ordering additional copies of a plaque that has already been purchased, please make a note in the Special Instructions. So, we can adjust your price to reflect the previous quantity pricing. We will provide you with e-mail proofs to make sure you get what you’re looking for. After receiving all of your information, we will send out a proof within three working days. We do not limit the amount of text you can display on your plaques. However, the more text you have, the smaller it will be.

Sport Plaques Exclusive…..

A Sport Plaques Exclusive Autograph sheet comes attached to the back side of all our Team Plaques. As with a yearbook, at the end of the season, teammates & coaches can sign and say a little something to personalize this special commemorative plaque.

Sending your Photos and ID information:

Sport Plaques only accepts professional quality photos. Please keep in mind that photos are only as good as the original quality of the picture taken. To clarify, quality pictures have a file size greater than 2 mega byte (MB) and taken with a camera setting of 8 mega pixels or higher. Our graphic artist will notify you if they think your photo needs to be better. We accept photo submissions in JPEG format only. We accept photos in many ways. First, You can upload them with your order. Second, You can email them in. Third, We can arrange a Drop Box link. Finally, you can mail photos via USPS or a shipping carrier. We do not charge extra for sizing or printing of your photos.

Logos & Mascots:

Our professional graphics artist have an extensive library of clip art and mascots to work with. If you have custom images please upload the vector artwork in a pdf, ai, cdr or eps format.

School Colors:

If this is your schools first time ordering from us or you have specific colors you want us to use, please include all Pantone (PMS) numbers in the special instructions.
