9 x 12 VARSITY LETTER PLAQUE – SLP912

Display your chenille varsity letter including pins for your sport(s) with a unique 9 x 12 Varsity Letter Plaque. You send us your chenille letter and choose between gold or silver as the complementing color. Players name, year and school are laser engraved on a plate.

Your varsity letter with your chosen sport pins are adhered to a metal plate on a 9×12″ black plaque then securely covered with an acrylic plate, mounted with matching standoffs.

This plaque will fit varsity letters up to 6″(width)  x  7″ (height).

The Process:

Once we receive your order, we will generate you a shipping label which will be emailed to the email provided to us. You package your chenille letter(s) and adhere the emailed shipping label to your package and mail them to Sport Plaques. When submitting your order, you will type in or upload a list including the player’s name, sport(s), year and school name.

Once we receive your chenille letters, we will begin assembling your order. Next your plaque will be packaged in a foam pouch and shipped in a white cardboard presentation box labeled with the players name and sport(s).

Complementing Color:

You have the option of a complimenting color of Gold or Silver.

Gold includes: Gold plate adhered to the black plaque which will lay behind the chenille letter. Acrylic plate on top, secured with gold standoffs. Laser engraved black plate with gold letter engraving. Sport pins will be gold.

Silver includes: Silver plate adhered to the black plaque which will lay behind the chenille letter. Acrylic plate on top, secured with silver standoffs. Laser engraved black plate with silver letter engraving. Sport pins will be silver.

Sending players information:

When submitting your order, Sport Plaques will need to obtain a list including the player’s name, sport(s), year and school name. You can either upload a file with your order or you can email them to us.

Additional fees:

After providing Sport Plaques with the number of chenille letters you will be sending, Sport Plaques will provide you with a mailing label via email. The cost of this mailing label will be added to your invoice.
