What information does Apple Awards Inc. collect?

All information Apple Awards Inc. collects is primarily in the interest of accurate order processing. When you Register on our online store as a new customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as first & last name, billing address, shipping address, a contact e-mail address and telephone number. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will never be disclosed to any party outside of internal channels necessary to ship and process your order in a timely manner.

Apple Awards does not process your card during the ordering process. Credit Card numbers remain on our secure server and are immediately encrypted once they are received by our staff. Your credit card number will not contain more than the last 4 numbers when used in an e-mail. Once your order is complete your credit card will then be charged through our QuickBooks enterprise book keeping software (PCI Compliant) where the number is also encrypted and stored for future purchases. Only the last four digits of your Credit card number will be visible to staff & users of the software. All paper forms of your information are retained for 3 years and are kept in a locked building under supervision and accessible by Apple Awards Inc. employees only.

Apple Awards Inc. accepts content and information from Customers and is not responsible for copyright issues or ownership inaccuracies. It is assumed by Apple Awards, Inc. that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full compliance with all applicable law regarding its usage. Customers agree to assume any liability resulting from claims against Apple Awards, Inc for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights.

Right to Promotion

Unless specified in writing at the time an order is placed; we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.
